5 vols comprising a complete run of fifty annual almanacks. Very unusually, the original chromolithograph covers, the adverts, and 'special' extra colour illustrations have been bound in at the end of each vol. Uniform quarter cloth. Small ink inscription on ffep of vol. 1 reads "Bound by McCorquordale & Co. after design by W.P.C. November 1883". Some rubbing and 'sloughing' to leather on all vols.; spine on vol. 2 detached along one side and with noticeably more wear than the others. An exceptional set with no foxing and the plates, after Birket Foster and many others, in very fresh condition. A unique set. (Book ref. wb11537)  £600.00
