Terms
We guarantee our books are as described & will issue a refund for any discrepancy occuring between description of book & clients expectations on receipt. Books are shipped ordinary post/airmail within 24 hours of receipt of order. Unless otherwise agreed between parties all books will be sent on receipt of payment. All shipments are sent via Royal Mail with a receipt of posting. Our record to date shows a 100% completed delivery together with a nil return rate.
