The leather title label on the spine has suffered some surface damage. Light-to-medium foxing and some faint damp-stains. The book is not musty. Occasional annotation in ink and pencil. Crudely-repaired closed tear in page 47/48. 35mm closed tear in dedication page. Minor tears and raggedness to some page edges. This is not the prettiest of copies, but it is certainly not in bad condition. Apart from the officers mentioned in the title, the book contains historical details of the "[...] members for the boroughs of Caernarvon and Beaumaris.
