4to. Pp. 96, [2] adverts. Title page has a large coloured illustration. There are 150 black and white illustrations and 500 detailed descriptions of the costumes. Bound in original red cloth with gilt titles. Association copy. The covers are a little dull, and the owners of the book H. Roos have their name stamped on the front cover and in rectangular stamps throughout, but without defacing any of the pages. The firm H. Roos was a Hair Dresser and Chiropodist at 41, Paddington Street, Baker Street. London and clearly used the book when dealing with its customer. Scans available. Nr. Very Good.
