This is the first impression of the first edition of a wonderful and poignant collection of Ted Hughes poetry. All pages are present and correct with no inscriptions and are tightly bound. Book sits solid and square with all corners sharp. Housed in the very good dustwrapper with publishers printed price intact on front inside flap. Slightly chipped to head and tail of spine otherwise a very presentable example. Protected in a removable archival booksleeve to preserve its condition.
