4to, with 70 fine tipped in plates, mostly coloured. Original full leather binding with slip-case. Binding has a few handling marks, but is very good and sound, slip-case worn, but does the job of protecting the book. One of 1500 copies printed and includes a list of subscribers. 1400 copies were distributed in America so the book is rather scarce in Britain. Heavy, so may require extra postage.
