First paperback edition of the third of David's first four books, which collectively changed forever the shape and taste of English cooking. Italian Food is arguably the second most famous (after French Country Cooking) and many would argue the best-loved. It opened the eyes of the English and was hugely instrumental in popularising many 'exotic' ingredients including garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
