Wear to edges, corners and joints corners bumped. The book has been sympathetically repaired at the hinges/joints retaining the original cloth and boards, but showing a 0.25 strip of the underlying "new" maroon cloth along the hinge only. The original cloth is quite grubby and stained and faded around the upper part of the fnt title motif. Internally the book is very clean. 234 pages, incl. 17 exciting & funny, hand-coloured aquatint illus.+ coloured frontis., mainly of hunting scenes. Illus. by H. Alken and T. J. Rawlins.
