London: Day & Son. Illustrated by Lynn, H. 1st Edition. Green Boards. Very Good Minus/N/a. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall viipp; 150pp. 2 pp of advertisements. 12 mo. ( green spine). No date - c 1890. A very good minus copy, with 33 colour plates of butterflies and moths throughout, including a frontispiece plate and all as called for. Bound in green cloth with light toning to the spine strip. The head and tail of the spine are a little bumped and there is a little associated rubbing. A couple of board corners are slightly turned in and there is a small faded soil mark to the front board with three small soil specks to the tail of the front board. Scattered slight dust soiling to the end papers and slight loss to the extreme corner of the title page. The textblock is clean and tight. A very good minus copy. (Book ref. 227665) £10.00
