1760. Engraved map, size 27" x 20", folded, not dissected. Original colouring of borders of Hundreds and border of map. Decorative cartouche, and dedication top right to Sir James Lowther. Descriptive text around edge of map. Map trimmed to within a quarter of an inch of border, losing imprint (as was often done with folded maps). Two tiny splits in paper where folds meet reinforced on verso with archival tape.
