Ripping Yarns is an antiquarian bookshop opposite Highgate station in north London.
Owned by Celia Mitchell, it has been a bookshop since the 1930s, and stocks everything from theatre to ephemera, and poetry to politics. They have a large collection of vintage children's books.
Closed Mondays. Open Tuesday-Friday 12-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
